how much is a delivery?

We offer express shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. If your order total is over $50, shipping will be free.

What payment methods does IsraeliCommodityAnalysis.com accept?

We currently accept credit card and PayPal payments. If you would like to arrange a payment using another method, we will be happy to try and assist you with your request!

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at support@IsraeliCommodityAnalysis.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make changes beyond this period.

What if I'm not at home?

If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

You may also need to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email support@IsraeliCommodityAnalysis.com

What is a pre-order item? Can I cancel my pre-order?

A pre-order item is an item that you order before we have it in our inventory. You can cancel up until the time your order is processed. To opt out, you can email us at support@IsraeliCommodityAnalysis.com

I ordered a pre-order available set, do they ship separately?

We will ship your order as soon as all items are available. If you would like to receive your available item before the pre-ordered item, please email us at support@IsraeliCommodityAnalysis.com

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return for 14 days

The item(s) must be in original condition with the returns tag and hygiene seal in place. The items must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

IsraeliCommodityAnalysis.com offers a full refund (item price does not include original shipping cost).

All returns can be sent to our returns warehouse in the United States.

How do I request a return?

Requesting a refund has never been so easy!

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return To initiate a return, simply email us at support@IsraeliCommodityAnalysis.com using the email address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please note that we cannot refund initial shipping charges for returned merchandise, except for damaged items. Also, we are unable to refund return shipping costs.

After the items are received, we will send your new items out or you will get the refund (the item price does not include original shipping cost).

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of returned clothing. We recommend using a registered mail service to return goods and keep a record of the tracking information.

What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?

We work hard to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern about a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@IsraeliCommodityAnalysis.com so we can urgently look into the matter for you!
